Step 1. You Choose A Body Style you'd like to present your personalized figurine. We sculpt, paint, deliver and ready for gift giving!
Step 2. Submit your payment via PayPal. We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. PayPal enables you to send payments quickly and securely online using a credit card. Our PayPal email account is [email protected]
Step 3. Email Your Picture to [email protected] along with order details and shipping details (receiver name, shipping address and phone number). After you placed your order, an email order confirmation will be sent to you shortly.
Step 4. We sculpt your figurine by hand based on your photo. The normal production time is 14 days. The RUSH order "production time" is 5 days. Please choose FedEx if you need your order to be delivered in 7 days.
Step 5. We deliver worldwide direct to your door. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number. The standard EMS/USPS shipping time is 5-7 business days. The expedited FedEx shipping time is 1-2 business days. Please choose FedEx if you need your order to be delivered in 7 days.
